I have been taking the pm for just about a month and I have lost 10 pounds it may not seem like a lot but no one said sheding the weight slow was a
bad thing. I am not too far over weight I weigh 155 now and before I was at 165. my height is 5'5 and 165 shows up every where. I had gotten the pack
with the am and pm but i gave my friend the am to help her out she has not taken any yet why i dont know. thats ok I am getting ready to make another

funny or cause your heart to race it will not do this. I was scared to take it a first but I have had no trouble and I have anxiety attacks also and
no problem and i can't believe it but this stuff really works.. so this is for those of you who do not like taking things because of the way they make
