I heard about Gentle Solutions products from Chris Mitchell on Q102.  I saw his before and after pictures and was amazed.  I have done all the diet programs and gained back the weight I had lost and more.  When I went to the doctor in July, I weighed 230 pounds.  I began taking the AM and PM formulas and the CLA on teh 3rd of August.  I have lost 12 pounds and 5 inches since the 3rd of August!!  I am SO Happy with the products that I have decided to reorder.  It is GREAT and EASY!  Thanks again!!
